Through a series of branding exercises and workshops with the stakeholders, we reached alignment on the goal of the brand – simplicity, clarity, and personability.
We wanted the story of ExactoMED to be told clearly and simply. Therefore, we used a single page scroll that can be easily consumed as a storyline from start to finish, both on desktop and mobile.
The user experience approach was set on simplicity – providing the users with the least amount of steps to learn about the product, input the necessary information, and receive the information as a result.
Building an intuitive, engaging, and delightful user interface is a priority as to make the form intake process as pleasurable as possible, and avoid a drop-off during the longer set of questions that users are required to answer.
As this startup still sets itself up for success and engages its early users, we have been able to set up an intuitive, engaging, and delightful user interface that will provide a solid foundation for ongoing business and product development.
