JEI Design is an award winning interior design firm lead by designer Julie Evans and built on a philosophy of creating stunning designs that speak “casual, formal, eclectic, individual”.

JEI Design needed an identity system and accompanying website to visually establish the brand. ActiveColor was asked to create the bridge between the brand and how it is visually represented.

As we unfolded the essence of the brand and the classic eclectic approach, we used strong, pillar-like type that is treated with an eclectic twist of cut letters, while using the dot of the “i” to create a visual connection in the logo. The website followed suit in terms of being on trend while carefully stylized, individualized, and optimized for a seamless user experience across screens.
